Disclaimer: The Arc of Southwest Georgia is conducting this drawing to benefit the individuals we serve. By participating in this drawing, entrants acknowledge and agree to the following terms or conditions: 1. Eligibility: To book a hotel stay at the Cloister, you must be 21 years of age. 2. Prize Details: The drawing prize is a $2500 gift card for Sea Island. The gift card covers all expenses billed to your room folio (room charge, F&B, spa, activities, valet, gratuity). Sea Island Gift Cards have no expiration date. After 12 months of inactivity, a service charge of $2 per month will be deducted from the card. Use and/or purchase of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.3. Minimum Ticket Requirement: The drawing will only proceed if at least 30 tickets are sold. If this minimum is not reached, the drawing may be canceled, and all ticket purchases will be refunded. 4. Reservation and Payment Process: To book your stay, The Cloister requires a 2-night deposit to secure your reservation and the deposit would need to be secured via credit card. Upon arrival at the hotel, the credit card charge will be refunded, and you will use the gift card to cover the cost of your stay/room folio. 5. Entry and Ticket Sales: Tickets are available for purchase at $100 each via cash or check only. 6. Drawing and Notification: If the minimum ticket requirement is met, the drawing will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 12 PM EST. The winner will be selected randomly and notified via email or phone. The winner must respond by Wednesday, December 11, 2024, to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, an alternate winner may be chosen. 7. The Arc of Southwest Georgia is not responsible for any issues related to the prize, including but not limited to hotel availability, reservation problems, or personal injuries. The organization is also not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries. 8. Legal Compliance: This drawing is conducted in accordance with local and state laws. All decisions made by The Arc of Southwest Georgia are final. The drawing is void where prohibited by law. 9. Data Collection: Personal information collected during the drawing will be used solely for the purpose of the drawing and will not be shared with third parties.
